These Subscription Terms explain how SwearGPS Pro billing works. They supplement our Terms of Use. Your subscription is also governed by the terms of the app store or payment platform where you purchased it.

What SwearGPS Pro includes

SwearGPS Pro unlocks premium voice personalities (Sully the Cabbie, Marge the Mechanic, and Coach Ray), Unfiltered Mode, advanced navigation features, extra personality modes, and future Pro features as they are released. The free version of SwearGPS remains available with basic navigation, Vinny the Foreman, Professional Mode, Blue Collar Mode, saved destinations, and basic alerts.

Recurring billing

SwearGPS Pro is billed on a recurring basis for the subscription period you select at purchase. The current price and billing period are displayed before you complete the purchase. Your payment method on file with the app store or payment platform is charged at the start of each period.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Renewal is charged at the then-current price for the applicable period. You will not receive a separate renewal invoice from SwearGPS; renewal is handled by the platform where you subscribed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the app store or platform where you purchased the subscription — the same place you manage your other subscriptions on that device. Deleting the SwearGPS app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SwearGPS → Cancel subscription.
• Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SwearGPS → Cancel Subscription.

Access after cancellation

After you cancel, Pro access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, the app reverts to the free version. Your saved destinations and settings are not deleted by cancellation.

Price changes

Pricing may change over time. Where a price change affects an existing subscription, notice will be provided in advance as required by the platform or by applicable law, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Free trials and promotions

If a free trial or promotional price is offered, its length and terms will be shown at the time of the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the standard price when it ends, and you can cancel before the end of the trial to avoid being charged. Offers may be limited to new subscribers and may be modified or withdrawn.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the app store or payment platform where you purchased the subscription, under that platform’s own refund policy and at that platform’s discretion. We do not process those payments and do not offer a separate refund guarantee. If you believe you were charged in error, contact the platform first, then reach us at support@sweargps.com if you still need help.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app settings while signed in to the same store account you originally purchased with. If Pro still does not appear, contact support with your store receipt or order number.

Payment information

Payment information is processed through third-party platform and payment providers and is not stored directly by SwearGPS where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details on what subscription information we receive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means, and the effective date above will be updated.
